Beef in the Classroom – InPraxis Learning

Beef in the Classroom is a series of resources that support curriculum at the elementary, junior high and senior high grade levels.

Finding Alberta Beef was developed to provide integrated and active learning experiences for Kindergarten to Grade 5 students.
Challenge Beef was developed around current issues connected to three big idea topics. Each topic includes activities designed to be implemented in one to three junior or senior high classes, is organized around a series of challenges for student learning, is centred on an essential question and developed through guiding questions and activities.
All for the Beef was developed to support Career and Technology Studies Fod2011 Basic Meat Cookery and includes approaches, strategies, tools, assessment and student learning support for both independent and classroom lab-based learning contexts.
